ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
CITISERVE
Limited
provides its service to you,
subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which
may be updated by us from time to time without notice to
you. In addition, when using particular
CITISERVE
owned or operated
services, you and
CITISERVE shall be subject to any
posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services
which may be posted from time to time.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
CITISERVE
offer to consumers two unique services namely
CITISERVE Recharge
and
CITISERVE Refresh. These services are provided via two
unique terminals, ‘The Orange Box’ which is a customized point
of sales terminal for
CITISERVE Recharge services, and the
‘Automated Vending Station’ for
CITISERVE Refresh services.
You
are responsible for fees, including those fees
associated with the display or delivery of our services.
In addition, you must provide and are responsible for
all equipment necessary to access our Service.
CONTENT AVAILABLE ON THIS SITE
CITISERVE
claims ownership of all
content appearing and available on this
site. However, with respect to content on this site
appearing on publicly accessible areas of the site,
CITISERVE
does not
grant world-wide, royalty free and
non-exclusive license(s).
NO
RESALE OF SERVICE
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell,
trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes,
any portion of our service.
THE
AUTOMATED VENDING STATION
As a matter of
policy, the
CITISERVE Automated Vending Station is certified by the
Standards Organisation of Nigeria and stocks NAFDAC approved products
canned and PET drinks, produced in Nigeria. Our vending machines does not
give change, hence
CITISERVE is not liable in the event that the
machine does not return any change to you.
THE ORANGE BOX
The Orange Box is
very durable. However in the event of a fault, contact the CNP Help Desk
who will arrange for our trained technicians to handle any faults on the
Orange Box. CITISERVE will
also provide you with all consumables you need, including paper rolls.
Please note
that
CITISERVE shall not be responsible or liable, directly or
indirectly, for any damage or loss caused on the Orange Box.
MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
CITISERVE
Limited reserves the right at any time and
from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily
or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with
or without notice. You agree that
CITISERVE
Limited
shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any
modification, suspension or discontinuance of any
service on this site.
TERMINATION
You
agree that
CITISERVE Limited may, under certain
circumstances and without prior notice, immediately
terminate your contract to our service. Cause for such
termination shall include, but not be limited to, (a)
breaches or violations of the TOS or other incorporated
agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law
enforcement or other government agencies, (c) a request
by you, (d) discontinuance or material modification to
the service (or any part thereof), (e) unexpected
technical or security issues or problems. Further, you
agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in
CITISERVE sole discretion and that
CITISERVE Limited shall not be liable to you or any
third-party for any termination of your contract to our
service.
