focuses on the distribution of refreshments via an automated channel,
ranging from drinks to snacks, sweets and chocolates.
This is achieved
through the deployment of Automated Vending Stations (AVS), a self
service electronic machine providing refreshment and convenience
products to people on the move. It is designed to allow the purchase of
refreshments at the push of a button.
Thus, the machine
guarantees speed, availability and perfectly chilled drinks anytime of
the day; just select the refreshment of your choice from options
provided, insert your money for payment and are assured of your product
at the right temperature. This ensures total convenience and delivers
satisfaction hence our service creed- “Convenience 24/7” is assured.
To make this service
available to a wide spectrum of consumers, we have strategically spanned
our operations pan Nigeria. Currently, our vending stations can be found
in Abuja, Lagos and Port Harcourt in various people-centred locations
such as higher institutions of learning, hospitals, corporate
organisations and government offices. With time,
CITISERVE Refresh will
be made available in other states of the federation.
As a matter of
policy, the
CITISERVE Automated Vending Station is certified by the
Standards Organisation of Nigeria and stocks NAFDAC approved products
canned and PET drinks, produced in Nigeria.
