The directors of the company are well known people in the Nigerian
society, who are of the highest standards of integrity.
Victor G. Osibodu (Chairman)
A keen
strategist, he graduated from University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo
University) and has been responsible for corporate strategy and business
development of Vigeo Holdings Service areas from its inception 16
years ago. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and Lagos
Business School. He is a highly visible personality and is well known
in the social and business circles. He is on the Board of several
companies and banks in Nigeria including SO& U and Guaranty Trust Bank
Plc.
Lolade
Ogunbambi (Executive Director)
An alumnus of the
University of Lagos, the Lagos business school, the Whits Business
School South Africa (Phillips Consulting) and the Harvard Business
School. She has attended several courses on Marketing, Logistics
Management, Brand Management, Competitive strategies, Organizational
change renewal, Operations and several other developmental courses.
Her experience in
the field of Marketing and General Administrative Management has evolved
in a unique way in her up to 20 year working experience, 14 of which she
spent with Vigeo Limited.
With over 18 years
working in senior capacity with responsibility to oversee others and
engender results.
Lola has headed
several assignments within the Vigeo Holdings Division starting from the
Diary services, Reward and Award service (NOW CSG) including heading
subsidiary companies such as: Global Utilities Management Company, ’The
HUB’, Grandview Limited and CITISERVE Ltd.
Ayo Maji (Business Head, Vigeoholdings)
A
graduate of the University of Lagos and an alumnus of the Lagos Business
School, Ayo Maji is currently the CEO of Vigeo Oil & Gas Limited. Prior to joining Vigeoholdings in 1992, she was with Price Waterhouse (now
PWC) where she started her career as an Executive Assistant in 1988.
Bayo
Fagbemi (Regional
Head, North)
With over 10 years experience in various positions, Bayo’s professional
experience started with First Finance House before joining
CITISERVE
in
1992 as an accountant. Before joining
CITISERVE
Commercial Division as
the Regional Manager, he was Head of Human Resources and Admin. He is an
alumnus of Lagos Business School.
Bami
Akinlade (Head,
IT)
A graduate of University of Ibadan, Mr. Bamifoluwa Akinlade holds a
Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He joined Vigeo Holdings
Limited in 2000. Since then, he has been actively involved in the
business development drive of the company. He currently manages the
IT infrastructure of Holdings Company.
