CITISERVE Network Partner Management
for Community Development (giving back to the community) In addition to
training and financial empowerment, CITISERVE Network Partners are
coordinated in clusters of 150 members for community activities under
the supervision of a Colony Supervisor. CNPs within a community are
grouped into clusters for Community Service, Co-operative Schemes,
Continuing Education, Mentoring, Sporting events and other localized
programmes.

The impact of the
programme on the host communities is such that the CNPs become self
confident individuals who have become economically empowered, they are a
vehicle for re-orientation in their communities with a renewed sense of
belonging and responsibility, and can begin to aspire to leadership
roles.
