What happens if the operator’s network is down?
A:
The network does
not affect buying or selling of airtime via the Orange Box. You can sell
anywhere, anytime.

Can I sell airtime for all operators?
A:
Yes you can.
CITISERVE carries the products of all GSM operators and selected PTOs.

How big is the Orange Box?
A:
The Orange Box is
portable and can fit into your pocket or handbag (14.9cmx7.8cmx3.8cm).

How do I operate the Orange Box?
A:
The Orange Box is
very easy to use. You will be given a 10 minute training/demo upon
registration along with a user manual. For further assistance you may
contact the CNP Help Desk.

What do I do if the Orange Box develops a fault?
A:
The Orange Box is
very durable. However in the event of a fault, contact the CNP Help Desk
who will arrange for our trained technicians to handle any faults on the
Orange Box.

Where do I get the paper roll from?
A:
CITISERVE will
provide you with all consumables you need, including paper rolls.
