Board of Directors
The directors of the company are well known people in the Nigerian
society, who are of the highest standards of integrity.
Victor G. Osibodu (Chairman/Chief Executive)
A keen
strategist, he graduated from University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo
University) and has been responsible for corporate strategy and business
development of
CITISERVE Holdings Service areas from its inception 16
years ago. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and Lagos
Business School. He is a highly visible personality and is well known
in the social and business circles. He is on the Board of several
companies and banks in Nigeria including SO& U and Guaranty Trust Bank
Plc.
Akinwumi Osuntoki (Executive Director)
With
18 years experience in various positions, Akin’s professional experience
began with Delta Steel Company, Aladja, Delta State, and later Pfizer
Products Plc before joining
CITISERVE Limited.
While
with Pfizer, Akin served in various capacities as Plant Accountant,
Treasury Accountant, Management Accountant, and at the time he left, he
was the Group Financial Accountant. Akin joined Vigeo Limited in
1989 as the company’s Finance Manager, rose to head Finance and
Investment Group, he was also Divisional Head,
CITISERVE
Technical
Support Services Division, and presently Executive Director, Finance,
Investments/ Corporate Planning.
He is
a graduate of the University of Lagos, Fellow of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a member of the Chartered Institute
of Taxation. He has taught in some professional accounting training
institutes and presented papers at different training sessions and
seminars.
He is
an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School and the Harvard Business
School.
Lolade
Ogunbambi (Executive Director)
An alumnus of the
University of Lagos, the Lagos business school, the Whits Business
School South Africa (Phillips Consulting) and the Harvard Business
School. She has attended several courses on Marketing, Logistics
Management, Brand Management, Competitive strategies, Organizational
change renewal, Operations and several other developmental courses.
Her experience in
the field of Marketing and General Administrative Management has evolved
in a unique way in her up to 20 year working experience, 14 of which she
spent with Vigeo Limited.
With over 18 years
working in senior capacity with responsibility to oversee others and
engender results.
Lola has headed
several assignments within the Vigeo Holdings Division starting from the
Diary services, Reward and Award service (NOW CSG) including heading
subsidiary companies such as: Global Utilities Management Company, ’The
HUB’, Grandview Limited and CITISERVE Ltd.
Joseph Olujimi Agbaje (Director)
A
fellow of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (FPSN), West Africa,
Port graduate College of Pharmacists. He is on the Board of Trustees of
Atlantic Hall, a renowned private secondary school in Lagos.
Olujimi Agbaje is an arduous businessman who has also served on several
public appointments. Among them, the Task Force on Fake Adulterated
Drugs (1989 – 1993), National Drug Formulary & Essential Drugs List
Review Committee. He is the Managing Director of JayKay Pharmacy
Limited.
Foluso Phillips (Director)
Mr.
Foluso Phillips is the Managing Director of Phillips Consulting Limited
(PCL). He graduated as an Industrial Economist from the University of
Wales in 1974. He joined the British Gas Corporation as a graduate
Trainee Accountant where he qualified as a Cost and Management
Accountant in 1976.
In
1977 he joined the Lucas Electric Company (based in Birmingham, England)
as a Systems Accountant where he was subsequently promoted to the
position of Management Accountant. He returned to Nigeria in 1979 to
work with the Pfizer Group, initially as their Systems Accountant and
then subsequently as the Financial Controller and Company Secretary of
the Livestock Feeds Division.
In
1985, he relocated to the UK to work as a Management Consultant at
Coopers & Lybrand International. During his tenure, he undertook and
managed financial management, costing, computer systems and organisation
development assignments in the UK, Northern Ireland, parts of Europe,
East and West African countries.
Foluso
Phillips has gained tremendous international functional and management
experience at very senior levels and has thus specialised in accounting,
finance, costing, information technology, management systems,
organisation development and general management.
Alhaji
Azeez Bello (Director)
Azeez
Bello is a keen businessman with wide and varied experience. He is the
Chairman of Center Spread Advertising Limited and CTI Insurance Brokers.
He is the former Deputy Managing Director Pfizer Livestock Feeds Plc.
Alhaji
Bello is also the former Managing Director of Ragolis Waters Limited and
presently the Managing Director of Rock wool Products Nigeria Limited.
He serves as a Director on the Board of
CITISERVE Limited.
